I went to Panama, i went with a friend it was just good, then we separete and it get better. You have to be really carefull and try to understand and accept others... Be cool!!

Then if you wanna have good party time you could go to Bocas del toro and stay at Isla Colon, then you could go to Puerto Viejo, is 3 hours at boat and car, is in Costa RIca.

This is the place I wish I had spent a couple of nights. The beach community here is still in development but some housing options and restaurants do exist. This is the kind of place where you can get lost for several weeks or months. The small, sandy road that parallels the shore is lined with palm trees. And there are plenty of hammocks and tables by the water where you can enjoy the view. According to faculty of the locally based Institute of Tropical Ecology and Conservation, the area is prime for snorkeling. Bird Island and Starfish Beach are also nearby. Bring insect repellent. To get here, take the Boca del Drago bus ($5 RT) from Bocas Town, which stops at the main plaza.
