If you find yourself in Kisumu, Kenya for a night, make sure to get your fill of dancing to the local Bongo beats, and even a little Genge and Congolese music. Make sure to hit Tameez upstairs area, to mix and mingle (and drink a Tusker) with locals. But if you're game for an adventure and the best dancing and music in the city, head a little off the main drag to find Klub Schona. You won't regret it. (Disclaimer: You may want to utilize the buddy system if you head to Schona.)
