Viet Vic - Vietnamese Cooking Classes in Hoi An

Got cooking lessons today from Doa at Restaurant Viet Vic. We chose to make spring rolls, lemongrass beef with chili, and banana wrapped mackerel. We got a tour of the market and some hands on cooking all for $15 a person, which is cheaper then any of the other places we stopped in. Doa speaks good english and is taking classes to learn more, she's very informative, and her spring rolls are the best I've had in my travels.
