Cool hostel, centrally located in West End.. If diving, dorms are $5 per night... They also have great private cabins for $20... Free kitchen, decent bathrooms, hammocks and common outdoor area... The location to the water, 20 steps, made this hostel perfect! Family owned and they live upstairs...
