Surf's Point serves the best jam crepes for breakfast.

We arrived at this hostel at 1am and woke up the owner, Yann, who was kind enough to let us sleep on his living room floor, until he could figure out sleeping arrangements in the morning. When we woke up, Yann and his wife prepared the most magnificent jam crepes. At night, they fed us delicious coco con miel and, when they heard we were missing breakfast tacos from Texas, they made us this crazy bean/cheese taco that was even better than what we were craving. Surf's Point is the place to stay if you visit this super-chill beach town on Panama's Pacific Coast.
